Return Policy:
1. No returns accepted AFTER 10 DAYS of receipt.
2. All claims for broken or damaged merchandise must be made by FAX within 10 days of
receipt. Buyer is responsible to call the local UPS office. All packing materials must be
kept regardless of apparent damage to packing.
3. For collector pieces: Defective items will be replaced if replacement is available and
return shipping charges will be credited to your account.
4. Under the following conditions, no replacement or credit will be issued:
a. The request was made more than 10 days after receipt.
b. The item is returned without original box and paperwork.
c. The items or box has been marked by writing or improper handling.
d. You did not keep the original shipping carton for the UPS inspector.
